ARRIVAL TIME & INFO
If this is your first appointment at Sandy Dav Studios, please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill out paperwork.
If you are receiving a lash service, please, come with clean/makeup free eyes and lashes. Extra time spent cleaning your lashes will mean less time lashing. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.
All services booked that are equal or greater than $200+/2+hours require a booking fee of $50*.
All services booked after a "NO SHOW"/multiple cancellations/ $300+/3+ hours require a booking fee of 50%* of the appointment up front to hold the appointment.
These fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. NO MATTER how far in advance the notice is. If given a 96 hour(4 days) notice, you may reschedule 1x/ONCE or keep the same appointment time and receive another service for the scheduling fee to go towards.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment without penalty.
CANCELLATION + NO SHOW
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee as we do not have enough time to fill your appointment slot. If you reschedule or no show your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Certain circumstances and seasons may leave you in a panic to squeeze in a last minute lash appointment that is outside of our normal business hours.. After hours appointments may be available on a case by case basis for an additional $25 fee. Please contact us directly to schedule your after hours appointment.
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary express touch up if it is the fault of application or product. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you fail to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
ALL DEPOSITS & BOOKING FEES ARE NON_REFUNDABLE! Please, only book for services that require a booking fee if you are 100% certain you are wanting that service by a member of Sandy Dav Studios as we will NOT refund for any reason.
